  • Do you charge based on hourly rate?

    Not necessarily. While we consider total estimated hours of work, our quote is based on various factors requested by our clients. To offer the most competitive and accurate price estimate, we can't just give a quote over the phone but require site inspection (at no cost, of course). 


  • What if I'm not 100% happy with the cleaning service?

    Don't worry. With our satisfaction guarantee, if you are not fully satisfied, just let us know within 24 hours. We will arrange a follow-up clean with NO extra charge.

  • What payment options do you offer?

    Our preferred payment option is bank tranfer or cash payment. Please let us know if you need other special arrangement.

  • How many cleaners attend the job?

    We normally work in a team of 2 people for standard residential and commercial cleaning unless otherwise requested.

  • Will I have same cleaners for regular cleaning service?

    Yes. We will inform you in advance in case we need to send different cleaners if the dedicated cleaners are temporarily unavailable.
